Voodoufairy III

I’ve completed the third drawing of my four part Voodoufairy series. Just one more to go. I’m hoping my Pigma Microns hold out for me. On this last one a few started to go dry but luckily I had some spares lying around. I’m sure after this next I’m be heading to Michael’s to get a new set, although, I’m wondering if buying some archival ink and using a dip pen would last longer. I’ll see some experiments coming up in the near future. 😊

  1. Nice picture. (Sorry, I’ve been offline for a while, need to catch up.)
I’ve only used Pigma Micron once… I rather miss the old Rapidograph pens. Did you ever use them?

    1. Thank you. Good to see you back. I remember reading one of your posts where you mentioned you were having issues with your eye sight. I figured maybe that was the reason I hadn’t seen you around lately. My first set of technical pens were Rapidograph. I really liked them but I just couldn’t keep up with cleaning them. They eventually got clogged to the point where I couldn’t salvage them. I figured it would be best for me to get some pens that required less maintenance.
