And to do so, you only need to take the time to cultivate a sensitive awareness of your own unique energy to discover what is beneficial to you to live in harmony with this Life and what is not. There are many people out there with useful messages but once you get the message don’t cling to the messenger. Take what you need and move on. Your spirit is the only guru you need to follow.
