It’s becoming a habit now to do these little practice bits before I start on anything major. It helps me to get focused and visualize the actual piece I intend to create before I actually start to create it. But doing these little bits of practice also helps me to get into a calmer state of mind. It’s like doing yoga before meditating. Any nervous energy, which I often have, gets worked out in “practice”. I suspect all this nervousness will turn into a personal collection of what nots. 🙂
